About Me

Lindsay is a Spinal Flow Practitioner, a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner who is passionate about connecting with people and helping them reconnect to themselves. With over a decade of experience in alternative healthcare before transitioning into a career in engineering, she understands the deep connection between body, mind, and energy – and the importance of balance in a busy world. With her heart still needing the fulfillment of connecting with and helping others, she is re-emerging into the natural healing world. As the first Spinal Flow Practitioner in the Southern Tier, she is anxious to share how she can help others with health and symptoms through this modality. Outside of working, you can find her hanging with her dogs, watching basketball, or seeking moments of quiet and joy in her everyday life.
