Yoga at Evolve Wellness
Yoga is more than movement—it's an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself.
At Evolve Wellness, we believe yoga should be welcoming and accessible. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, you'll find a supportive environment where you are encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.
We offer a variety of classes—from gentle and restorative practices to energizing flows and specialty classes—allowing you to choose the experience that best supports your needs each day. You can choose classes that are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, calm the nervous system, or cultivate greater awareness both on and off the mat. Every instructor brings their own unique style while sharing the same commitment to creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
Above all, our hope is that every class leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
Whether it's your first yoga class or your hundredth, we want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to get settled and meet your instructor. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle if you'd like. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along, though mats and props are available if needed.
Yoga is never about being the most flexible person in the room. Every pose can be modified, and you're always encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and move at your own pace.
Our instructors are here to support you, answer questions, and help you have a positive experience—no matter where you're beginning.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
Not at all! Flexibility is something that develops over time. Yoga is for every body, and our instructors provide options so you can practice in a way that feels comfortable for you.
I'm brand new to yoga. Which class should I take?
Slow and Simple and Yin Yoga are wonderful places to begin. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help you find the class that's the best fit.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is all you need. There is no special attire required.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
You're welcome to bring your own mat, but we also have mats and props available if you need them.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your first class so you have time to check in, get settled, and ask any questions.
What if I can't do a pose?
That's completely okay! Yoga is a personal practice, not a performance. Every pose can be modified, and you're always encouraged to honor what your body needs.
Can I join if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Many people practice yoga while working around injuries or limitations. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer modifications. If you have specific medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
How do I register for class?
You can reserve your spot through our online schedule. While walk-ins may be available, preregistration is encouraged to ensure your space.
What types of yoga do you offer?
Our schedule includes a variety of class styles, including Slow & Simple, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Strength & Mobility, Pilates, and rotating specialty classes and workshops.
What if I'm nervous about coming alone?
You're not alone—many people feel that way before their first class. Our community is welcoming and supportive, and you'll never be expected to know what you're doing. Just come as you are—we'll take care of the rest.
